Soay sheep are one of the last sheep to shed their own wool. Their tails don't need docking and they almost always birth independently and easily.
Yesterday during feeding I happened to catch Georgie Girl at the very beginning of her labor and caught the whole thing on camera! I've clipped a few spots where it dragged, but it's amazing to watch and I hope you enjoy it.
Note: This is a lamb birthing. It involves goop, blood and all the things involved with having a baby. Be warned!
