Not only do the ladies have a new sister, but they have a new pasture as well! The Husband and our friend Trevor ran the fencing yesterday because I came down ill over the weekend.
The intention was to move them in a few weeks after the new chicken coop goes in, but I am so under the weather this morning that I didn't feel up to taking them down to the pond. So, we took the winter fencing for a test run!
Eventually there will be a tunnel between the boys and girls where we will bring them for breeding, but for now it's open. The girls found the boys right away... and were completely unimpressed with their antics!
Apples were much more interesting...
